"Today’s business environment is global, generationally diverse, collaborative, cross-functional, and constantly changing. A popular management theory called Situational Leadership, first developed in 1969 by Dr. Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchard, remains especially relevant in today’s business environment. This theory is based on the premise that because organizations are not made up of workers who are equally skilled and motivated, leaders should manage team members according to their individual abilities and developmental readiness. We’ll review their method, and then suggest some ways you can use it to manage today’s business challenges."

Objective: The aim of the training is that those who are given training are given the opportunity to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about fall protection and the correct use of rescue equipment, rescue of free-hanging persons, rescue of personnel over open sea, tank, stretcher transport, descent and treatment of personnel after fall accident.

The training is adapted for personnel who are part of fall protection / rescue teams on board an installation, but also for personnel who want a basic understanding of a rescue operation, evacuation equipment after a fall accident when using fall protection / rescue equipment.

The course runs over 3 days (24 hours)

Repetition 2 every year in accordance with NOG 113 and SFS.

The object of this course is to help course participants maintain and develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding their role in an emergency response situation.

This course consists of a representative selection of the material from the Lifeboat Coxswain Conventional Lifeboat – Basic Course, adapted to participants’ previous knowledge, with major emphasis on practical training and drills.

This course is valid for 24 months.

I henhold til «Forskrift om utførelse av arbeid» nr. 1357, § 17-2, skal arbeidsgiver sørge for at arbeidstakere som skal arbeide med montering, demontering, endring og kontroll av stillaser med øverste stillasgulv over to meter i standardoppstilling får opplæring. Kravet til opplæring gjelder også for rullestillaser over to meter. Kurset gir grunnleggende teoretisk og praktisk opplæring i samsvar med forskriftens krav. Kompetansebevis blir utstedt til deltakerne for å oppfylle lovens krav til dokumentasjon.

Objective: The aim of the training is that those who are given training receive a repetition of acquired competence in theoretical and practical understanding of safe work operations / emergency operations with offshore cranes so that accidents and incidents can be avoided.

The training is according to training plan module P-4.1.1 covers repetition requirements in NORSOK R-003.

Holders of a G5 certificate must meet the requirements for updating through module P-4.1.1 "Offshore crane simulator" within three years, and then update this every three years. If this update is not carried out the certificate is still valid, but the G5 certificate holder cannot operate a crane until the requirements for the simulator training have been completed.
